My role at Bateman is…
Senior product leader, sprayer assembly.

A typical day for me at Bateman involves…
Supporting the sprayer assembly team, making sure they have everything they need to complete their tasks. I also assist with the delivery of training within the team.

The most enjoyable aspect of my current role is…
I would say it’s the different challenges we face every day, it’s never the same thing. Also, learning new skills to help me and the team move forwards.

I would say life at Bateman is…
Enjoyable, hectic sometimes, but on the whole it’s a nice place to be.

Before I joined Bateman I was…
I was a plant service engineer working on excavators and dumpers.

If I have time to myself I enjoy…
I restore and build classic Minis and Land Rovers.

The best advice I have ever been given is…
‘If it doesn’t feel and look right, it’s probably not right.’
