A typical day for me at Bateman involves:
My typical day features various different tasks; checking the quality of paintwork, fitting new components, checking electrics and sorting out any problems that might arise.

The variation of my work. Things are always changing so I need to be able to move quickly.
I would say life at Bateman is…
I would say life at Batemans is never boring. It is enjoyable and very interesting. I don’t think of Batemans as work, I really enjoy my job.
Before I joined Bateman I was:
I was working on specialists vehicles and fire engines, this also included MOD work.
If I have time to myself I enjoy:
Going out with my family. I also really enjoy restoring and working on classic Volkswagens. I attend Volkswagen shows across the country where I find interesting to look around other people’s pride and joy..
The best advice I have ever been given is:
Measure twice – cut once!
