Product Leader - Pre-Fabrication.

A typical day for me at Bateman involves:
It's varied - from working in the pre fab and fabrication areas, plus helping with parts and processes on the database.

I would say life at Bateman is:
Interesting, and always varied.

Before I joined Bateman I was:
At school, so I have worked for the company for 29 years!

If I have time to myself I enjoy:
Meeting up with friends and family; also helping out on the family farms.

The best advice I have ever been given is:
If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan, never the goal.
